Twenty plus years experience as a Consulting Senior Software Engineer, Project Manager and MIS Director/Manager performing such functions as specification, design, implementation, integration and testing of embedded and non-embedded real time applications using OOA/OOD and SA/SD methodologies in organizations whose CMM ratings ranged from Level 2 to Level 5 along with custom development of three microprocessor based RTOS’s.  This experience level includes OSI stacked protocol communication and network applications on a wide variety of platforms for government, financial, aerospace and DoD clients as well as 7 ½ years as a MIS Manager/Director and over 4 years experience as a Project Manager providing leadership, organization and standards for MIS and engineering applications.
